We are looking for an experienced 3D Piping Designer to support industrial engineering projects in Monthey, Switzerland. The role focuses on creating and maintaining 3D models of industrial installations using AVEVA E3D, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, piping standards and project requirements.

• Location: Monthey, Valais
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: Until 28 February 2027
• Workload: 100%, 42 hours per week
• Language: Fluent French mandatory

• Create 3D models of industrial installations using AVEVA E3D, including piping systems, equipment, accessories, components and supports.
• Design and integrate piping and equipment supports, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, piping classes and industrial design standards.
• Verify the consistency of 3D models against technical data and project constraints, identifying and resolving design clashes.
• Produce piping isometric drawings and technical plans required for project execution.
• Update 3D models based on project modifications and feedback from engineering teams.
• Control the quality, accuracy and compliance of 3D models and generated deliverables.
• Participate in 3D model reviews and technical coordination meetings, applying established modelling methods and standards.

• Proven experience in 3D modelling of industrial installations, particularly piping systems, equipment and supports.
• Strong knowledge of industrial piping standards, piping classes, mechanical components and technical specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), including piping networks, equipment and instrumentation.
• Experience generating and reviewing piping isometric drawings and installation plans using AVEVA E3D.
• Ability to identify, analyse and resolve design clashes within 3D models.
• CFC as an Industrial Equipment Designer, Piping Designer or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent French is mandatory, both spoken and written.
• Independent, precise and detail-oriented approach, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines.
