The opportunity: your next adventure awaits
Join our cyber-security practice and help clients address real security challenges across cloud, infrastructure, applications, identity, data and operational technology. You will work with technical and business stakeholders to assess security risks, design practical controls and support the implementation of security improvements. This role is suited to candidates who already have hands-on experience in one or more cyber-security domains and want to broaden their technical capabilities while working on complex client environments.
Your key responsibilities
- Assess security architectures, configurations, processes and technical controls to identify vulnerabilities, control gaps and key risks.
- Support the design and implementation of security solutions across cloud, identity, security operations and infrastructure environments.
- Translate findings into clear recommendations, remediation plans and prioritised security roadmaps.
- Apply recognised frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables and communicate technical findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to proposals, client presentations and internal knowledge development.
What we look for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in cyber security, computer science, information technology, engineering or a comparable technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- For Consultant level, typically one or more years of relevant experience in cyber security or technology security; for Senior Consultant level, typically three or more years, including responsibility for defined workstreams or deliverables.
- Hands-on experience delivering technical cyber-security work, for example in security architecture, cloud security, identity and access management or security operations.
- Working knowledge of current cyber threats and of preventative, detective and responsive security controls.
- One or more relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, CISM, OSCP), or ambition to achieve one.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership, see opportunities where others see challenges and work proactively as part of a team.
- Professional fluency in English and one Swiss local language; German, French or Italian.
- Willingness to work at client locations when required.
