Our client, a leading Swiss IT services organisation, is looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer to drive AI, GenAI and intelligent automation within its ServiceNow platform.
Your responsibilities:- Develop and implement the ServiceNow AI and automation roadmap
- Identify and deliver AI use cases from PoC to production
- Build solutions using Now Assist, AI Agents and ServiceNow AI capabilities
- Develop intelligent assistants and automated service processes
- Contribute to ServiceNow architecture, standards and AI governance
- Advise customers and internal stakeholders on AI solutions
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer, Developer, Architect or Senior Consultant
- Fluent German and good English required
- Strong ServiceNow ITSM expertise; CSM or ITOM is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and automation
- Practical experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Task Intelligence, Virtual Agent and AI Search
- Experience implementing AI solutions in production
- ServiceNow certifications
- GenAI, LLM and AI Agent experience is an advantage
